Pay Less For Energy
Biomass heating is the burning of organic material, usually wood (logs, wood-chip or wood pellets), to provide heating and/or hot water. Prices can vary if you are considering a manual, semi-auto or a fully automated feeder for the fuel source. A dedicated space would be required depending on the size of the system. This is highly recommended if you have easy access to organic materials listed above. Biomass is eligible for the Renewable heat incentive (RHI) and is considered another major renewable. Financial returns of 10-15%+ index return from the RHI for 7 years and Bill savings over the life of the system.
